Celebrity hair colorist Beth Minardi has dedicated her career to elevating salon hair coloring to an art form. As an internationally acclaimed colorist, educator,

and product consultant, Beth is recognized as one of the world's leading experts in all phases of coloring.

Prior to entering the professional salon industry, Beth studied painting and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in education. She began her career as the Director of Education at Clairol, where she was instrumental in the development and launch of Logics Color Cremes.

Minardi Salon opened in 1986 and quickly gained a reputation for excellence in both hair color and hair design. Minardi Salon came to the attention of numerous film directors, who began sending stars in need of corrective or creative hair color to Beth and her talented staff. Beth Minardi continues to deliver award winning hair color service as one of New York City's leading hair colorists for coiffure-conscious clients while serving as the Color Director at the Mark Garrison Salon.

In addition to her busy salon schedule, Beth assumed the role of special consultant to many major hair color manufacturers, such as Redken. During her time with Redken, Beth penned the monthly Shades E.Q. Newsletter, lectured to thousands of colorists throughout America and was part of the product development team that created Redken Color Fusion. In 2007, Beth joined with Eco-Lite Products to test and develop the award winning Minardi Color Perfect Lighting System. In January, 2010 Beth was named the spokesperson for Joico Vero KPak Color. Beth continues to educate colorists throughout the country with Joico and Minardi Luxury Color Care, products specifically designed to protect and enhance chemically and color treated hair. 

In January 2013, Beth launched, with Joico/ Zotos International, a Shiseido company, her long awaited line of luxury hair color: 

Beth Minardi Signature Shades. The line is exclusively distributed by Beauty Systems Group/ CosmoProf Stores throughout the United States to thousands of color conscious salons. 

On July 18, 2010, Beth received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the North American Hairstyling Awards, one of the industry's highest honors. In 2011, Beth was honored by the Professional Beauty Association with the Icon Award.

Beth received the 2012 Award for Favorite Haircolor Educator/Platform Artist and the 2013 Award for Favorite Educator at Behind the Chair’s Stylist Choice Awards in Chicago, Illinois.

Beth enjoys an impressive list of celebrity clients, such as Uma Thurman, Cameron Diaz, Brad Pitt, Julianne Moore, Kirsten Dunst, Evan Rachel Wood, Edie Falco, Christie Brinkley, Matt Dillon, Faye Dunaway, Rene Russo, Willem Dafoe and Emilie de Ravin for her role in Remember Me. 

Beth also serves as a contributing editor to periodicals including Modern Salon, New Beauty Magazine, and Behindthechair.com. Beth is regularly called upon to evaluate new color products being introduced to the professional salon market.
